Who operates this website
FOZARI FOODS is the trading name of Ahmed Siddiqui, based in Lahore, Pakistan. Ahmed Siddiqui is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Contact ahmed@fozarifoods.com for questions or requests about your information.
Information we receive
When you make a business enquiry, we receive your name, company, business email, destination market and enquiry type. You may also provide your buyer role, phone or WhatsApp number, product and pack preferences, estimated quantity, timing, Incoterm preference, document requirements and commercial notes. We also receive correspondence you send by email or WhatsApp.
Our hosting service may record technical information such as IP addresses, request times, requested pages and browser information for operation and security. The enquiry system uses a temporary session identifier, a security token and a limited record of submission attempts to protect the form from misuse. Please do not send payment details, identity documents or sensitive personal information through the form.
Why we use this information
We use enquiry information to respond to your request, review product and market requirements, discuss samples or specifications, prepare commercial information and maintain relevant business correspondence. We use technical information to operate and protect the website.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, these purposes reflect our legitimate interests in responding to expected business enquiries and protecting our services; taking steps at your request before a potential contract; and meeting legal obligations when relevant. We consider the necessity of the use and its effect on individuals. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Who may handle the information
Access is limited to people who need it for the enquiry or related business. Hosting, email and communication providers process information as part of providing their services. Relevant product or delivery requirements may be shared with a prospective supply or logistics partner when needed to evaluate or fulfil your request. We limit that sharing to the detail needed. We do not sell personal information.
If you choose WhatsApp, that service handles your communications under its own privacy terms. External links take you to services with their own privacy practices.
International handling
FOZARI operates in Pakistan. Information sent to us is received and handled in Pakistan, and our hosting, email or communication providers may process it in other countries. Different countries may have different data protection rules. Where an onward transfer is subject to a specific legal requirement, appropriate safeguards must be in place. Contact us for information relevant to your enquiry.
How long information is kept
We retain enquiry correspondence only while it is needed to respond, support an active commercial discussion or keep a reasonable record of the relationship. Closed enquiries should be reviewed at least annually and deleted when no longer needed. Order, accounting or dispute records may need to be retained longer for applicable legal or business requirements. Hosting and email providers apply their own operational retention and backup schedules.
The form’s attempt counters contain hashed network identifiers and timestamps, rather than the buyer brief. Attempts stop counting toward the rate limit after 15 minutes; old counter files are periodically cleared during later use of the form. Form session data holds the security token, submission status and a one-way fingerprint of the submitted brief, rather than the enquiry content. There is no public directory of buyer enquiries.
Security
We use HTTPS, restricted configuration access and authenticated encrypted email submission to protect the enquiry flow. Access to business correspondence should be restricted to authorised users. No internet or email service can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or obtain a portable copy where relevant. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal requirements or resolve a dispute. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

You may also contact the relevant data protection authority where you have that right; for UK matters, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We do not use enquiry information for decisions made solely by automated processing with legal or similarly significant effects.
Cookies and tracking
This release uses an essential temporary session cookie for enquiry security. It does not include advertising cookies, analytics trackers or embedded social feeds. Fonts and images are hosted with the website. A cookie consent banner is therefore not part of this release. External services you choose to visit may use their own cookies.

We may update this notice when the website or our handling of information changes. The date above identifies the current version.
